摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对骨科患者术后疼痛、焦虑及护患关系的影响。方法采用回顾性分析法,选取我院2014年10月至2015年8月收治的120例骨科患者的作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例,给予观察组舒适护理,给予对照组常规护理,经过护理分析两组焦虑、术后疼痛及护理满意度情况。结果经过一段时间的护理,发现观察组术后疼痛发生率和焦虑程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于骨科患者中具有较好的辅助治疗效果,不仅能够降低患者术后疼痛和焦虑程度,而且能够提高患者护理满意度,使护患关系更加和谐。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain, anxiety, and nurses-patients relationship of orthopaedic patients. Methods Selected of 120 orthopaedic patients in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2015, and the patients randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases). The observation group was given comfortable nursing, the control group patients received routine nursing. The anxiety,postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed after nursing. Results After a period of nursing,the incidence of postoperative pain and anxiety level in observation group were obviously lower than that of control group(P <0.05), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing has good auxiliary therapeutic effect, reduce postoperative pain and anxiety levels, improve patients' care satisfaction, and promote harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
