摘要
目的探究泮托拉唑钠与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取西安碑林袁权才诊所从2011年1月至2014年1月收治的64例伴幽门螺杆菌感染的胃溃疡患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组32例。A组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,B组给予泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后症状总积分及胃溃疡治疗情况。结果经过1个疗程治疗后,A组经快速尿素酶试验结果显示,阳性7例,阴性25例,幽门螺杆菌清除率为78.13%;B组经快速尿素酶试验结果显示,阳性2例,阴性30例,幽门螺杆菌清除率为93.75%,两组患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑钠在改善伴幽门螺杆菌感染的胃溃疡临床症状上无明显差异,但泮托拉唑钠在幽门螺杆菌清除率上明显优于奥美拉唑。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Sixty-four cases with gastric ulcer patients with helicobacter pylori infection from January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected in this study, the patients were divided into group A and group B, 32 cases in each group. A group was given omeprazole enteric-coated tables, B group was given pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tables. The symptoms before and after treatment and total integral ulcer treatment of two groups patients were compared. Results After a course of treatment, the rapid urease test results of group A were positive in 7 cases, 25 cases of negative, and helicobacter pylori clearance rate was 78.13%. While the rapid urease test results of group B were positive in 2 cases, 30 cases of negative and helicobacter pylori clearance rate was 93.75%. There was statistically significant difference of helicobacter pylori clearance between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion The pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole has no obvious differences in improving clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer, but pantoprazole sodium has a better helicobacter pylori clearance rate in the treatment of gastric ulcer.
