摘要
目的为便于评价临床护理质量水平,建立医院护理综合评估体系。方法依据三维质量结构理论,构建护理管理综合评估体系,讨论拟定评估模块和条目及具体的实施方案和步骤,并依据其标准进行效果评价。结果实施护理管理综合评估后,患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高,护士操作、病房环境、文明服务、护士反应、健康教育5个满意度条目的得分明显高于护理管理综合评估实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在2013年国家卫生计生委对51家三级甲等医院的调查评比中,我院患者对护理的满意度排名第一。在综合护理质量评估中,排名最后的5个病房第二阶段综合评估得分与第一阶段相比也有了显著的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理综合评估的实施,对科室的管理产生了积极影响,促进了医院护理质量的提高。
Objective A comprehensive evaluation system for nursing management of the Hospital is established to evaluate the quality level of clinical nursing.Method According to the theory of three-dimensional quality structure, a comprehensive evaluation system for nursing management is established; the evaluation modules, entries and implementation plans and procedures are proposed through discussion; the effect is assessed according to its standard.Result Upon implementation of comprehensive evaluation of nursing management, there is an obvious increase of satisfaction of patients to nursing. Scores of 5 satisfaction entries including nurse operation, ward environment, civilized service, nurse response and health education are higher than these prior to implementation of comprehensive evaluation of nursing management. The difference is of statistical signiifcance (P <0.05). In the survey and appraisal among 51 Class 3A hospitals by the Ministry of Health in 2013, we topped the list in terms of satisfaction of patients to nursing. In evaluation of comprehensive nursing quality, 5 wards ranking the last places gained a great increase of the comprehensive scores. The difference is of statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive evaluation of nursing has an positive impact on department management and promotes improvement of nursing quality of the Hospital.
