摘要
目的以医院等级评审为契机,运用质量管理工具对患者术后镇痛效果进行持续改进。方法通过组建品管圈质量管理小组,采用PDCA循环、甘特图、鱼骨图、趋势图等质量管理工具,结合医学统计学方法,对我院麻醉术后镇痛存在的问题进行原因分析,并制定持续改进措施。结果运用质量管理工具后,镇痛效果不断改善,轻度疼痛及无痛的比例不断上升,中重度疼痛的比例不断下降。结论质量管理工具应用到术后镇痛管理中,能及时有效发现并解决问题,提高病人术后镇痛效果。
Objective The hospital rank appraisal is taken as an opportunity to continuously improve the management over postoperative analgesia of patients with quality management tools. Method By building QCC quality management group, adopting such quality management tools as PDCA cycle, Gantt chart, fishbone diagram, and trend chart, and combining them with medical statistics, the authors analyzed the causes of problems existing in the postoperative analgesia after anesthesia in the hospital and formulated the measures for continuous improvement. Result After the quality management tools are used, the analgesic effect is continuously improved, with the proportions of mild pain and no pain unceasingly rising and those of moderate and severe pains continuously dropping. Conclusion Applied in the management over postoperative analgesia, the quality management tools are able to effectively discover and solve problems and improve the postoperative analgesic effect.
