New Advances of Hydraulic Fracturing Technology in Coalbed Methane

摘要 煤层气作为一种非常规天然气,以洁净、优质的能源和化工原料在我国的地位越来越重要,如何提高煤层气的开采效率成为了研究的热点,水力压裂作为一种最主流的增产工艺越来越受到人们的关注。本文首先对影响煤层气压裂效果的因素进行了分析,其次对低温气体辅助煤层气压裂、径向井复合脉动压裂、"三低一大"压裂、连续油管环空加砂压裂等工艺原理进行总结,最后对压裂液和支撑剂等新型入井材料的进展进行了研究。通过本文研究,对提高煤层气水力压裂技术研究具有一定的指导意义。 As a kind of unconventional natural gas,coal bed methane( CBM) plays an increasingly important role in China with clean,high-quality energy and chemical raw materials. How to improve the mining efficiency of CBM has become a research hotspot. As one of the most mainstream production stimulation processes,hydraulic fracturing has attracted more and more attention. This article analyzes the factors affecting CBM fracturing effect,and summarizes low temperature gas assisted CBM fracturing,composite pulse fracturing of radialwells,'three low and one big'fracturing and sand fracturing of coiled tubing annulus,etc. Finally,the progress of new well materials such as fracturing fluid and proppant is studied. Through this study,it is of certain guiding significance to improve the study of hydraulic fracturing technology of coalbed methane.
