摘要
本文以SiO2与BaCO3固丁反应为例,探讨了在硅酸盐材料制备中影响固相反应速度的因素,并对扩散去秘学范围的动力学方程了讨论。实验结果表明,反应物粒度越小、反应温度越高、物料混合的越均匀,反应速度越快,反应物之间的相对比例也是影响反应速率的重要因素。通过对杨德尔方程、金斯特林格方程的验证,证明了两者适用于固相反应的范围。
The main factors affecting the solid-state reaction rate are studied based on the SiO_2-BaCO_3 system.The diffusion dynamics equation is also investigated.The results show that the smaller the reactant grain size,the higher the reaction temperature and the more homogeneous of the mixture,the faster the reaction rate.Mole ratio of the reactant is an important factor,too.Applicable system range of Youngdle and Kingstlinger equations are tested and verfied.
