摘要
供应链伙伴间的业务关系是一种委托代理关系。在委托代理过程中,为消除委托方企业与代理方企业之间由于利益目标的不一致和信息不对称而引起的非协作、低效率等风险问题,供应链委托方企业需要设计一份激励合约促使代理方企业努力工作,从而有效地完成自己的目标。以委托代理理论为基础,设计了一个供应链激励模型,并从三个方面对模型的优化作了进一步分析,为供应链企业间制定有效的激励合约提供依据。
Supply chain colleague's business relation is a kind of principal-agent relation. At principal-agent process, in order to solve uncooperative and low efficiency problems which come of the disagreement of benefit goals and information dissymmetry, principal enterprise demands to design an incentive contract to urge the agent enterprises to work hard, thereby completes his own targets availably. Based principal-agent theory, the paper designed an incentive model and made the further optimization analysis, for offering the basis to establish valid incentive contracts among supply chain enterprises.
