摘要
目的:分析老年糖尿病肾病(DN)联合贝那普利与肾炎康治疗的临床效果及对炎性因子产生的影响。方法:于2013年9月-2017年8月笔者所在医院收治的DN患者中选取120例,随机分为两组,对照组单独采用贝那普利治疗,观察组在此基础上联合肾炎康治疗,对比两组治疗前后炎症因子水平、肾功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、24 h尿蛋白、Cr、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ERPF、GFR水平高于对照组,EF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年DN联合贝那普利与肾炎康治疗的临床效果显著,能有效改善机体炎性水平与肾功能,可推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of Benazepril combined with Nephritis in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its influence on the production of inflammatory factors.Method:From September 2013 to August 2017,120 patients with DN who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Benazepril alone.The observation group was combined with Nephritis therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors and renal function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hsCRP,24 h urine protein,Cr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ERPF and GFR levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of EF was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of Benazepril and Nephritis in senile DN are significantly significant,and can effectively improve the inflammatory level and renal function,and can be generalized.
