摘要
医学创新研究越深入越复杂化,基础研究与临床应用之间的鸿沟亦越来越大。为顺应新形势下生命科学研究的发展趋势,促进基础和临床科研人员的交流与合作,转化医学应运而生。转化医学致力于弥补基础研究与临床应用之间的鸿沟,建立起基础医学研究和临床实际问题之间的有效联系,使基础与临床之间的距离迅速缩短。转化医学倡导以患者为中心,从临床工作中发现和提出问题,进行深入的基础研究,再将基础研究成果快速转向临床应用,以提高总体医疗水平,最终使患者受益。近年来在国际上发展迅猛,中国的转化医学研究目前尚属起步阶段。
With the increasing complexity of medical innovation research, the gap between basic research and clinical applications is becoming wider. Translational medicine emerges as the timely requirement in order to adapt the development trend of the life sciences research under the new situation to promote exchanges and cooperation between basic and clinical researchers. Translational medicine is committed to bridging the gap between basic research and clinical application, building eff ective relationships between basic medical research and practical clinical problems, quickly shortening the distance between basic research and clinical work. Translational medicine advocates taking patients as the center, fi nding and putting forward the problems in clinical work to do in-depth basic research, then quickly translating the results of basic research into clinical application to improve the overall medical level, ultimately benefi ting patients. Translational medicine has developed rapidly in recent years in the world, but at present, the translational medicine research in China is still in the initial stage.
