摘要
倍尺飞剪的剪切长度及优化剪切效果直接影响产品的成材率和定尺率,本文主要叙述了连轧棒材车间启停式倍尺飞剪的结构型式、工作制度和工艺要求,对其剪切精度和操作方法进行了介绍,给出了优化剪切的基本思路和控制要求,希望能为相关设计人员和操作人员提供参考。
The finished product rate and fixed-length rate of products are affected directly by the shearing length and optimized shearing effect of double-length flying shear. It mainly describes the structure type,working system and technological requirements of start-stop flying shear in continuous rolling bar workshop,introduces its shearing accuracy and operation method,and gives the basic ideas and control requirements of optimized shearing,hoping to be reference to relevant designers and operators.
