摘要 本文主要介绍了基于物联网的钢铁智能仓储系统的设计与应用。基于无线数传、激光定位、物联网等技术,进行行车定位系统、行车调度系统、库管系统等软硬件的开发与应用,从而实现对钢铁制品物流的全流程智能跟踪与信息集成,完成物料从下线到出库的动态闭环管理,有效提升钢铁企业物流管理的智能化水平。 The design and application of steel intelligent storage system on the internet of things mainly was introduced in this paper. The development of crane positioning system,crane dispatching system,warehouse management system and other hardware and software was developed and applied,and the whole process intelligent tracking and information integration of the iron and steel products logistics were realized based on wireless data transmission,laser positioning,internet of things technology and other technologies. The dynamic closed loop management of the material from the assembly line to the outbound was completed to effectively improve the intelligent level of logistics management in iron and steel enterprises.
