摘要 步进梁式加热炉跑偏现象严重影响生产的正常进行,如何控制跑偏量成为步进梁式加热炉研究的重点之一。针对西宁特钢大棒生产线步进梁式加热炉跑偏问题,介绍了借助有限元分析软件查找问题根源,合理布置改进方案,从而成功弥补了双排布料时设计不足产生的跑偏量过大问题。 Walking-beam reheating furnace running deviation phenomenon seriously affects the normal production,how to control the running deviator became one of the focus about the study of walking-beam reheating furnace. The text aiming at walking-beam reheating furnace running deviation problem of the bar production in Xi'ning special co.,find the root cause by using finite element analysis software is introduced,the reasonable layout improvements scheme,thus successfully compensate for the double row of layout from the insufficient design of large amount of running deviation of the problem.
