螺母是紧固连接中常用的连接件。在分析常用螺母防松机制的基础上,介绍了一种大型螺母防松方案的新设想。本方案的锁紧机制,不仅用分解法提高了预紧力,并且引入径向自锁功能。螺母的运动趋势将使螺套与螺锥之间越来越紧固,不会自行松动。
The nut is commonly used in connection fittings. The new idea of a large nut anti loose scheme is introduced based on the analysis of the mechanism of the common nut. The locking mechanism of the scheme is improved by the decomposition method,and the radial self locking function is introduced. The movement tendency of the nut will make the screw sleeve and the screw bevel become more and more tightened,and will not be loosened by itself.
