摘要
精炼是炼钢提升品种质量的关键环节,浸渍管的使用寿命是提高产量、节约成本的关键[1]。由于浸渍管表面会残留钢渣和喷补维修不到位的原因,很容易损坏。本套维修台车通过改进刮渣器和喷补角度很好的解决了上述问题,提高了浸渍管寿命。
Refining is the key to promote the quality of varieties in the steelmaking process,diped tube service life is to improve the yield,the key to cost savings. Because of the steel slag residue on the surface of the dliped tube and the deficient of the spray repair,the diped tube is easy to be damaged. This set of repair car has solved the problems and raises longevity of diped tube by the improvement of the slag scrapers and slag spray angle.
