摘要
针对有机硅行业在线黏度测量时由于物料流变特性和在线测量条件的不同,造成的在线测试数据波动大、不平稳,数据很平稳但变化不大,在线数据与预计变化趋势不一致,在线数据与实验室数据差别过大,在线黏度计不好用等问题,从仪器测量原理和物料流变特性角度分析了原因,并提出了相应的解决方案及建议。
Due to the different rheological properties of the materials and online measurement conditions,the prolems of online test data in silicone industry are discussed,such as the fluctuate and instable data,the steady but no changed data,the different trends between online data and expected change,as well as the big difference between the online data and laboratory data,and the problem of on-line viscosity meter does not work. The reasons are analyzed from the instrument measuring principle and the rheological properties of the materials. It put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions.
