摘要
随着经济发展和城市化建设步伐的加快,庞大的地下公共管线形成了交错复杂的"蜘蛛网"。在城市的扩张与改造中加大对地下管廊的投资和地下空间的长远规划,实现城市基础设施的现代化管理目标。文章阐述了城市地下综合管廊的发展现状,分析了地下综合管廊的优势,总结了我国要实现地下综合管廊的可持续发展,就必须解决立法、规划、利益以及管理等相关问题。
With the rapid development of economic and urbanisation construction, a large number of underground public pipeline formed a perplexing 'spider web'. Increase the investment of underground tunnel and the long-term planning of underground space in the city's expansion and transformation, realize modernization management goals of the urban infrastructure. This paper expounds the present situation of urban underground multi-utility tunnel, and analyzes the advantage of underground multi-utility tunnel, summarizes our country to realize the sustainable development of underground multiutility tunnel, it is necessary to solve the problems of legislation, planning, interest, management and other related issues.
