摘要
从典型流程的基本参数、原料气和工艺气的组成、装置的能耗等方面提供了 10万t/a天然气制甲醇工艺设计的基础数据。针对甲醇流程的优劣选择 ,作者提出了首先考虑CO2 的来源和价格 ,再作流程优化比较的观点。
From the aspects of basic parameters of typical process, compositions of raw gas and process gas, energy consumption etc. of unit, the basis data for process design of methanol with a capacity of 100000 t/a made by natural gas were presented. In allusion to good/ bad selection of methanol process, author presented the view of point first to consider source and price of CO 2 and then to make comparison for process optimization.
