摘要
目的 评价血栓心脉宁胶囊治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。 方法 80例病人无禁忌症 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 4 0例 ;对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml加胞二磷胆碱 75 0mg ,5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml加维脑路通1.0g ,每日静滴 ,疗程 2周 ;治疗组 ,在对照组基础上应用血栓心脉宁胶囊 ,4粒 /次 ,3次 /d ,口服 ,治疗结束时统计神经功能缺损积分、血脂和血流变的变化。 结果 治疗组用药后神经功能缺损积分较用药前减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组亦减少 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组用药后血脂、血液流变学各指标较治疗前下降显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 血栓心脉宁胶囊治疗急性脑梗塞疗效满意 ,有应用价值。
Objective To access the curative effect of Xueshuan Xinmaining capsule on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods In a randomized trial,80patients without contraindication are divided into treatment group and control group,respectively 40patients.After 2 weeks following treatments:control group with citticoline 750mg in solution dextran 500ml,Troxerutin 1000mg in solution 5%glucose 250ml,intravenous injection daily,treatment group plus Xueshuan Xinmaining capsule with a oral dosage of 4 capsules per time、3 times daily in addition to treatment above,to statistically account following changes of integral of neural function deficiency、cholesterol、triglyceride level and hemorheology.Results integral of neural function deficiency apparently decrease in treatment group(P<0.05),after treatment control group's cholesterol、triglyceride level and hemorheology indicators evidently decrease(P>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuan Xinmaining capsule can provide a satisfactory treatment for patient with acute cerebral infarction.
