研究了用不同浓度的壳聚糖涂膜处理对梨枣采后生理及贮藏效果的影响。实验结果表明 :不同浓度的壳聚糖处理对保持梨枣硬度、减少梨枣失重、延缓梨枣Vc含量的减少都有明显作用 ,1.0 0
The effects of picked Lizao coated by different concentration chitosan on physiology and storage were researched. The results showed that different concentration chitosan solutions could keep hardness, decrease weight and Vc loss of the fruits significantly,1.00% chitosan solution enhanced CAT activity.
