摘要
本文首先介绍了移动道路测量系统的原理与组成,分析了利用移动道路测量系统的测量精度。针对传统二维警用地理信息系统的局限性,提出将移动道路测量系统获取的可量测实景影像应用于警用地理信息系统,将原有的二维警用地理信息系统升级至三维实景警用地理信息系统,提高应急指挥的工作效率。
The principle and composition of mobile mapping system are described in this paper.The measuring accuracy of mobile mapping system is analyzed.Aiming at the limitation of the traditional two-dimensional police-geographic information system,digital measurable images from mobile mapping system are applied top-GIS.The original two-dimensional police-geographic information system is upgrade to the three-dimensional police-geographic information system,and the efficiency of emergency command is improved.
