摘要
培养创新型教师是实施科教兴国战略和适应教育形势发展的需要。教师必须主动适应现代 化的新形势,努力提高自己的创新能力。学校必须建立建全有效机制,营造宽松的学习环境和浓郁 的学术氛围,鼓励和培养教师的创新意识、创新人格、创新能力和创新作为。
The training of teachers of creative thinking not only conforms to the strategy of revitalizing the country by science and technology, but also accords with the developing trend of education. Therefore, teachers at large should take an active part in upgrading their ability to create so as to meet the new situation of modernization. As far as schools are concerned, they should formulate effective training mechanisms and create a pleasant learning environment with thick academic atmosphere in an attempt to foster the teachers' consciousness, personality and ability to create as well as their actual deeds of creation.
