传统武术桩功浑圆桩对人体平衡能力的影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Practicing the Traditional Wushu Round Piles on Balance Ability of Human Body

摘要 目的:探讨传统武术桩功浑圆桩对人体平衡能力的影响。方法:随机抽取60名普通高校大二女生,随机分成两组:实验组和对照组,每组30人。实验干预周期为6个月,每周5次,每次60分钟。实验组进行浑圆桩为主的传统武术桩功系统训练,对照组进行日常健身项目锻炼。实验干预前后,运用平衡测试仪分别测试两组受试者睁眼和闭眼状态下双、单脚的总体稳定指数(OSI)、前后方向稳定指数(API)、左右方向稳定指数(MLI),并进行统计分析。结果:经过6个月的训练,实验组睁眼和闭眼状态双、单脚OSI、API、MLI与干预前相比有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组睁眼和闭眼状态双、单脚OSI、API、MLI与干预前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组睁眼和闭眼状态双、单脚OSI、API、MLI显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:传统武术桩功浑圆桩的系统训练有助于提高人体的姿势稳定能力和平衡能力。 Objective To explore the effect of practicing the traditional Wushu round piles on humanbalance.MethodsA total of 60 female sophomores were randomly selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 30. The experimental group practiced 60-minute traditionalWushu round piles 5 times a week for 6 months,while the control group received the daily fitnesstraining. The overall stability indexes(OSI),anterior/posterior stability index(API) and medial/lateral stability index(MLI) of the single or double feet were measured using a body balance tester with eyesopen or closed.ResultsAfter 6 months of training,the average OSI,API and MLI of the experimentalgroup were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.01),while no significant changes wereobserved in the control group(P>0.05). After the intervention,with eyes both open and closed,theaverage values of OSI,API and MLI of the single and double feet of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe systematic practicing of the traditional Wushu round piles is helpful to improve the posture stability and balance ability of the human body.
