摘要
随着新业务的不断推出,产品运营模式日趋多样化,业务平台维护工作量也越来越大,如何应对不断增长的维护工作是值得每一位维护人员思考的问题。通过对现有的维护管理模式进行剖析,从多个角度找出问题的关键点,并结合这些关键点,对业务平台的维护管理模式提出了改进建议。
With the introduction of new services and the diversifi cation of service operation modes, the maintenance workload of service platforms is higher. Each maintenance staff needs to consider how to face the increasing maintenance work. By analyzing the existing maintenance and management mode from multiple perspectives, the key points have been found out. Combined with these key points, some suggestions are proposed for the maintenance and management mode.
