摘要
SAW存贮相关器/卷积器是近十多年间迅速发展起来的一种具有独特功能的信号处理器件,是典型的SAW技术与半导体技术相结合的器件,它具有许多纯粹的SAW器件所望尘莫及的优点,故而近年来其发展十分引人注目.鉴于其潜在的生命力,可以预料,此项技术必定是今后SAW技术领域的一个主要发展方向.本文简要综述了国外此类器件的研制状况,说明了其工作原理及存贮机理;描述了各种结构及其特性.最后对几种应用SAW存贮相关器或卷积器的子系统作了简单介绍.
SAW storage correlators/convolvers are detiees combined SAW with semiconductor technique developing rapidly in recent decade as signal processing devices performing unique functions, They are attractive in their superiority over conventional SAW devices. In this paper the development, principle of operation, properties, storage mechanism and various configurations are reviewed. Some subsystems using SAW storage correlators/convolvers are presented.
