摘要
聚合物泥浆在江苏地区已钻井40余口，取得了较好的效果。本文就该泥浆在一段时间里所出现的井壁失稳、划眼频繁问题进行分析对比，从技术和管理的角度找出存在问题，提出了解决的办法，强调加强技术管理的重要性，使新技术、新工艺能够真正起到应有的作用。
Polymer mud have been used in Jiangsu area successfully with 40 wells drilled. Some problems such as borehole stability and frequent reaming which happened during using this kind of mud are discussed. The causes on technique and management and some measures to deal with these problems are pointed out. The importance of technical management is emphasized.
