摘要
大学英语教学应贯彻分类指导、因材施教的原则,以适应个性化教学的实际需求。翻转课堂,作为一种新的教学理念及模式,在教学流程、师生角色、课堂时间规划、教学手段、资源及评价体系等多方面颠覆了传统大学英语教学标准化课堂。这样的颠覆正与大学英语个性化教学的理念相契合,促进了课堂的多维有效互动,开发了学生的潜能,满足了个性化评估的需求。
The principle of“giving different guidance to different categories of students”and“teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”shall be carried out in college English teaching to meet the actual needs of individualized teaching.Flipped Classroom,as a new teaching idea and mode,changes the standardized classroom in traditional college English teaching from aspects such as teaching process,roles of teachers and students,classroom time planning,teaching methods and resources as well as evaluation system.This change is in line with the idea of individualized teaching of college English,which promotes the multidimensional and effective interaction in classroom,the development of the individual potential of students and meets the requirement of individualized evaluation.
