摘要
我国是世界上隧道与地下工程建设规模、数量和难度最大的国家,随着交通基础设施建设重心逐步移向中西部山区和岩溶地区,隧道与地下工程的修建与日俱增。然而,隧道通过软弱围岩地段给施工带来极大困难,如果要顺利通过,确保安全较为有效的办法之一就是围岩注浆加固,目前的注浆方式存在注浆速度慢、施工不方便、注浆效果不好等缺点,本课题研究的高效围岩注浆新技术,具有一个断面多孔施工,具有施工速度快、加固效果好的优点,在隧道围岩注浆加固方面具有显著的经济效益。
China is the largest country in the world in terms of the scale,quantity and difficulty of the construction of tunnels and underground works. As the focus of transport infrastructure gradually shifted to the central and western mountainous areas and karst areas,the construction of tunnels and underground works is increasing day by day. However,the construction of the tunnel in weak surrounding rock area faces great difficulties. If construction needs to be executed smoothly,one of the most effective ways to ensure safety is to reinforce the surrounding rock by grouting. At present,the grouting method has the disadvantages in slow grouting speed,construction inconvenience and poor grouting effect. New technology of grouting in surrounding rock with high efficiency in this essay uses a cross section porous construction method and holds the advantages of fast speed and good reinforcement effect. It has significant economic benefits in grouting reinforcement for surrounding rock of tunnels.
