摘要
近年来我国民办高校发展迅速,但民办高校的财务状况面临着较多问题。本应用于进行财务状况监控的预算管理的缺失导致民办高校发展受到了极大的限制。在总结影响民办高校财务状况的基础上,重点分析民办高校在预算管理上存在的制度、方法、人员等方面的问题,并据此提出破解民办高校预算管理困境的方法、策略。这对于提高我国民办高校预算管理能力,促进学校长久、可持续发展具有重要意义。
In recent years, private colleges and universities in China have developed rapidly, but the financial situation of private colleges and universities is facing more and more problems. The lack of budget management which is applied to the financial situation monitoring has greatly restricted the development of private colleges and universities. On the basis of summarizing affect financial status of the private colleges, analyses the private colleges exists in the budget management system, methods, personnel and other issues, and accordingly put forward solving way private colleges budget management and strategy. It is of great significance for improving the budget management ability of private colleges and universities and promoting the long-term and sustainable development of the school.
