摘要
高等教育的大众化,带来了高等院校在办学规模、办学层次以及办学特色等方面的多样化,尤其是民办教育的崛起和迅速发展,给我国高等教育注入了生机和活力,并成为我国教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而,招生规模的不断扩大、学生管理的逐渐开放以及就业压力的不断增加,使得学生管理工作的难度越来越大。如何将当代大学生培养成为有理想、有文化、守纪律,在德、智、体诸方面全面发展的合格人才,已成为高等院校管理者值得深思的一大课题。
Positioning and planning is an important part of organizational system to conduct the management activities. The positioning and planning undertaken by the non-governmental higher educational institutions is the first and foremost issue to be addressed to in the stage of the scientific development and standardization of private higher education. In the process of school running, the primary concerns of the privately run higher educational institution should be in the aspects of positioning and planning of the development of strategies, service orientation and quality talent training.
