摘要
以多燃料锅炉为研究对象,在总结现有燃烧控制原理的基础上,提出了多种燃料掺烧的控制设计方案,并搭建了基于西门子S7-300环境下的控制系统软硬件平台。该系统由上位机和下位机两部分组成,上位机和下位机之间通过PROFIBUS现场总线连接。该系统将可编程序控制器、组态软件和触摸屏相结合,采用可编程序控制器控制,替代传统的控制,实现了燃烧、蒸汽压力自动控制,达到了较高的控制精度。
With the multiple fuel boiler as the research object,based on summarizing the existing combustion control principle,this paper provides the control method for multi-fuel mixed burning,and build the software and hardware platform for burning control system based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC. The system consists of the upper computer and the lower computer. The upper computer and lower computer are connected through PROFIBUS. The system combines PLC,configuration software and HMI together,applies PLC instead of traditional control method to realize combustion and steam pressure auto-control and achieve higher control accuracy.
