摘要
Barrett 食管是一种癌前病变状态,部分可发展成食管腺癌.目前主要的诊断方法是常规内镜检查加病理活检,但随机性较大且检出率不高.治疗方法主要是抑酸药物治疗和外科食管切除术,但均有不足之处.近年来出现了一些新的诊断技术和内镜治疗技术,取得了较好的效果.本文就 Barrett食管诊断技术和内镜治疗方面的最新进展作一综述.
