摘要
介绍分析了三废处理联合装置燃烧炉入口流量控制回路。在全面考虑工艺生产过程基础上,对影响该控制回路的干扰因素从空气流量、酸性气流量、硫化氢在酸性气中的含量3个主要方面进行分析,建立了单闭环比值控制系统实现优化控制;计算出合适的比值系数;讨论分析了控制回路的仪表选型:控制方案的原则接线:回路组态的主要部分;方案的实施过程。
This paper studies the furnace inlet flow rate control loop of the sulfur producing device. Based on taking process into account completely, it analyzes three main disturbing factors which affect the control loop: air flow, acidic air flow and the proportion of sulfurated hydrogen in the acidic air. One loop proportion control system to realize optimum control is set up. The suitable ratio coefficient is figure out. The instrument's selection of the loop is discussed and analyzed. The principle line-connection of control scheme, the main part of loop configure as well as the process of putting scheme into practice are presented in this paper.
