分析了环氧乙烷装置二氧化碳吸收塔进料预热器管束泄漏及出口管线弯头开裂的原因,指出工艺气体在预热器内经过水饱和后,由于预热器内死区的存在,氯离子局部浓度过高,最终导致管束(母材为304 SS)发生点蚀泄漏;管线弯头(母材为304 LSS)的开裂则源于工艺气体中水的过饱和以及应力的共同作用,发生了氯离子应力腐蚀开裂。提出了建议和解决方案。
This paper discusses the cause for tube bundle leaking and outlet bend cracking of the feed preheater of the CO2 absorbing tower in the ethylene oxide plant. The existance of the dead area in the preheater created by over saturated water, and over high of partial concentration of chloric ion lead to leaking and point corrosion. The outlet bend cracking and stress corrosion cracking of chlonic ion are produced by the common function of over saturated water and stress. The suggestions and countermeasures are put forward as well.
