摘要
通过对扬子石化公司热电厂220t/h高压锅炉的运行状况分析和研究,以及在马来西亚TITAN公司公用工程部工作的经验和体会,经过对高压锅炉水侧管路的采样分析及常见腐蚀的状况调研,得出了高压锅炉管道水侧的腐蚀原因主要有溶解氧腐蚀、垢下腐蚀、酸碱腐蚀以及冲蚀等,从而为高压锅炉的安全、稳定运行提供了可靠的理论和实践依据。
It is found out from the analysis and study of the operation and sample analysis of the water side of 220 t/hr high - pressure boiler in the thermal power plant of Yangtzi Petrochemical Company as well as the study of the common corrosion status that the water side corrosion of the boiler is mainly dissolved oxygen corrosion, under- deposit corrosion, acid and alkali corrosion and erosion corrosion etc based upon the working experience in TITAN Company, Malaysia, which can serve as the theoretical and practical basis for the safe and long-term operation of the boiler.
