摘要
"文革"初期毛泽东选择林彪为接班人,是多方面的因素造成的。一方面与历史上毛泽东对林彪极其赏识有关,第二方面与"文革"前林彪已是接班人人选之一有关,第三方面与毛泽东在做最后决断时没有做到疑人不用有关。毛泽东选择林彪作为自己的接班人固然是错误的,为此他要负主要责任,但没有一套科学的选人机制也是毛泽东犯下这一错误的重要原因。因此重要的是要在选拔干部的问题上加强制度建设。
It is for manifold reasons that Mao Zedong chose Lin Biao as his successor in the early period of the Great Cultural Revolution. First,from the historical point of view,Mao Zedong thought very highly of Lin Biao.Second,Lin Biao had already become one of the candidate successors before the Great Cultural Revolution.Third,though Mao Zedong became suspicious of Lin Biao, he made the final decision by making the latter his successor.Mao Zedong should take the main responsibility for making the wrong decision,but a lack of scientific mechanism of selecting cadres also contributed to the historical tragedy.Therefore,the system of selecting cadres should be established and perfected.
