摘要
目的 研究观察采用中西医结合方法治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法 本组病例 80例 ,其中DHS钉内固定加中药内服治疗 5 2例 (治疗组 ) ,单纯DHS钉内固定治疗 2 8例 (对照组 )。结果 本组平均随访 2年 8个月 (6个月～ 4年 3个月 ) ,治疗组髋关节功能优良率达 94 % ,对照组为 71%。经统计学处理P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异。结论 中西医结合治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折是一种简单易行 ,行之有效的方法。
Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods There were eighty cases for study. Fifty-two cases in treatment group underwent internal fixation with DHS plus oral medication of Chinese herbs, while twenty-eight cases in the control group only underwent internal fixation with DHS. Results All of the cases had been followed up for an average period of two years and eight months, which arranged from six month to four years and three months. The excellent rates of hip joint function in treatment group and control group were 94% and 71%. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is easily to carry out for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with remarkable effect.
