摘要
高等教育必须致力于培养创造型人才,这既是时代发展的必然要求,也是教育的本质与功能所决定的。为了提高高等教育培养创造型人才的有效性与针对性,我们必须首先找出影响大学生创造性的各种因素,并对它们施以积极的改造。具体对于先天素质普遍较好的大学生来说,影响其创造性的因素主要是后天的环境因素,尤其是社会心理因素、高等学校教育因素和社会环境因素。
Higher education must try to foster innovative students,which is necessary for social development and decided by educational function and essence.In order to improve the effect and aim of higher education which foster innovative students,first we must find out the factors which influence college student's innovative ability,then we change them actively.In my thesis,I believe that environmental factors and social environmental factors affect innovatin chiefly .They have multiple influence on college student's innovative ability in different way.
