摘要
全面建设小康社会是一项系统工程,是一个高水平、均衡、全面的目标。实现这一目标过程中面临诸多阻力,主要体现在经济和社会指标的实现存在一些实际困难,农业问题和外部环境成为不可忽视的制约因素等方面。清醒地准确地看到存在的问题,树立更加强烈的居安思危的忧患意识,是为了更好地明确工作重点,加快推进全面建设小康社会的步伐。
To build a well-off society in an all-round way is a systems engineering and a high-level, balanced and all-round goal. Many difficulties will be confronted with in this process of realization, and they are mainly occurred in the realization of the target in economy and society. The issues of agriculture and the external surroundings are also important conditional factors, therefore, to build a well-off society in an all-round way is not a royal road.
