摘要
房产的发展对国民经济的发展具有很大的支持作用,住房的二级市场发展情况可以体现房产的发展。由于历史的原因,我国的住房二级市场发展很不规范,法律、政策等也不健全,湖南省也不例外。在市场经济下,湖南省完善住房二级市场的政策就显得很有必要了。
The development of the house property has great support function on the development of national economy,and the development of secondary market of the house can reflect the development of the house property. Because of the reason of history, it is very unstandard that the house secondary market of our country develops. And the law, policy and the others are imperfect too.There is no exception in Hunan Province. Under the market economy, the policy of perfecting the secondary market of the house of Hunan Province seems very necessary.
