摘要
基于层次分析法的施工方案决策技术,一是利用层次分析法建立施工方案优化指标体系,关键是指标体系的建立方法和指标体系的构造;二是寻找施工方案优化模型的最佳求解方法,涉及各层指标权重的单排序方法,判断矩阵的建立及标度的选用,判断矩阵的求解。
Decision making technique of construction scheme based on an analytical hierarchy process is to establish an optimal index system of the construction project with the analytical hierarchy process first, of which the key factors are the methods of building the index system and its structure; and then to look for the optimal solution of optimized project model, of which single order way of the index weight in each hierarchy is used, the construction of judgement matrix, selection of scale and solution of the judgement matrix are conducted. Decision maker could choose the final satisfactory scheme with clear concept of decision and very easy calculation.
