摘要
针对新疆油田油气水集输处理系统过去存在的问题,研究出了:①老区稀油安全高效处理技术,优化处理工艺,技术应用效果良好:②高含砂稠稀油混合污水处理技术,通过室内和现场处理试验,形成了多项创新技术;③贫凝析气藏天然气开采技术,包括采气工艺、集气工艺和天然气处理工艺技术。通过现场实施,实现了油气水集输处理系统低耗高效的安全运行,提高了油气藏整体开采水平。
In consideration of the problems existed in oil-gas-water gathering processing system in the past in Xinjiang Oilfield. Techniques used in the study include:①safety and high efficient treating technique of thin oil in the maturing areas such as optimizing treating process, improving application result of the technique;②mixed sewage treating technique of heavy and thin oil with high sand content, by which many innovative techniques are created through laboratory and field experiments;③natural gas recovery technique in lean-condensate gas reservoir, including gas recovery technique, gas gathering process and the gas treating process. Field application shows that low cost, high efficient and safety operation of the oil-gas-water treating system is realized with integrated reservoir production level improved.
