氮化锂对氰基环化反应的催化作用

摘要 报道了氰基化合物环化反应的一种新型催化剂氮化锂Li3N,可用来催化合成三嗪和嘧啶类化合物,少量Li3N的存在即可使氰基化合物高效率地发生环化反应.该合成方法简便,在密封的溶剂热反应釜中进行反应,不使用溶剂,产物的分离纯化容易,符合绿色化学的要求.并对Li3N的催化机理及催化反应的动力学过程进行了初步的探讨.
