摘要
在115kt╱a浆液法聚丙烯装置上进行了医用输液瓶专用树脂B 205的工艺路线设计及工业开发,根据此专用树脂的物理机械性能、光学性能、卫生指标、外观及加工流变性能等方面的要求,确定了工艺技术方案。B 205的熔体流动指数为0.9-1.3 g╱10 min,屈服拉伸强度大于或等于27MPa,冲击强度大于或等于4.5kJ╱m2,符合医药卫生级树脂标准要求。用B 205制成的聚丙烯瓶具有机械强度高、透明性好、透水性小、耐蠕变和瓶壁薄的特点。
The process route design and industrial development of speciality polypropylene (PP) resin (B 205) for medical transfusion bottle was performed in an 115 kt/a slurry PP plant. The technical scheme was determined in accordance with the requirements on the physical and mechanical properties, optical property, hygienic standard, appearance and processing rheological property of the speciality resin in its application. The speciality resin B 205 had melt flow index of 0.9-1.3 g/10 min, yield tensile strength of 27 MPa or higher and impact strength of 4.5 kJ/m2 or higher, meeting the demands of medical grade resins. The bottle made of speciality resin B 205 possessed characters of high mechanical strength, good transparency, low permeability of water, creep resistance and thin wall.
