摘要
本文介绍了用呋喃树脂砂工艺生产SS4改进型电力机车牵引电机机座所产生的铸造缺陷,分析原因,并提出相应的改进措施,同时提出生产中的要求。
This paper introduces the foundry defects in the motor cabinet of SS4 upgraded type electric locomotive by using the furan resin sand process, and the reasons have been analyzed. In this case the related improving measures were set forth and the detail requirements during the. manufacturing were set forth as well.
