褪黑素主动免疫和不同光照条件对鹌鹑白细胞介素-2分泌的影响 被引量:1

摘要  本实验采用褪黑素(MLT)完全抗原主动免疫和不同光照条件下饲养鹌鹑50只,研究了MLT参与神经—内分泌—免疫网络调控时对IL-2水平的影响。通过放射免疫检测技术(RIA),测定血清中IL-2的含量。结果表明:主动免疫后由于中和了体内的MLT而使IL-2水平明显下降,随着光照时间的延长,由于MLT的分泌受到限制而使IL-2水平也显著下降。从而说明鹌鹑体内一定剂量的MLT可促进机体免疫因子IL-2的分泌。 The effect of melatonin which takes part in the nerve-endocrine-immunization systems on interleukin-2 of T cells by the active immunization against melatonin and different lighting conditions were studied. The level of (IL-2) was detected by the RIA method. The results indicated that the level of (IL-2) was decreased significantly after the active immunization, and with increasing the lighting times, the change was decreasing significantly. It suggested that the definite quantity of MLT could enhance the secretion of (IL-2).
