苜蓿雄性不育系花蜜腺的解剖学研究 被引量:4

摘要  采用石蜡切片法对草原1号杂花苜蓿(MedicagovariaMartin.cv.'CaoyuanNo.1')(雄性可育系)和苜蓿雄性不育系不同发育时期的花蜜腺结构进行了对比分析。结果表明:草原1号杂花苜蓿的花蜜腺位于子房与雄蕊之间的花托上,属于花托结构蜜腺,由分泌表皮和泌蜜组织组成。其中雄性不育系和可育系花蜜腺在发育过程中细胞形状、大小、层数和液泡化程度以及淀粉粒的变化规律上无明显差异,但不育系淀粉粒形成的较晚,含量也比同期可育系少(败花期除外),说明不育系蜜腺分泌物少,直接影响苜蓿雄性不育系的授粉、受精,是导致其杂交制种结实率低的原因之一。 The floral nectary's structure of Medicago varia cv.Caoyuan No.1'male sterile line and fertile line in the different period by the method of paraffin wax's section. The results showed: The floral nectary of Medicago varia is on the receptacle between stamen and ovary. It belongs to receptacular nectary. It is composed of secretory epidermis and nectariferous tissue. The characters of floral nectary of male sterile line and fertile line have no differences in the aspects of cell's form, size ,the extent of vacuole and the dynamics of starch during the development period. But the starch formation in sterile line is a little later, and its content is fewer than normal line(except the fade florescence). This indicats that sterile line contains fewer secretion than normal line, which directly influences the pollination and impregnation of male sterile line's. It's maybe one of the reasons for the low fecundity rate of hybridizable breeding.
