摘要
传统生育文化是一种多育、早育和有性别偏好的生育观念.现代生育文化是一种晚婚晚育、少生优生、无性别偏好、知情选择避孕节育的科学、文明、进步的生育观念.保持我国现阶段的低生育水平,仅靠经济和政策因素是不够的,还必须发挥文化,尤其是生育文化的作用.要通过发展先进的生产力、宣传教育和社区建设不断地推进我国现代生育文化建设.
Traditional concept about bearing is apt to conceive earlier, bear more and like male. Modern concept on bearing tends to marry late, bear less and neglect sex. This concept is more scientific, civilized and progressive. To keep low birth rate at present, we should not only rely on the factors of economy and policy, but also use the function of bearing culture. We must promote the construction of bearing culture by developing advanced productive force, popularizing education and building civilized community.
