摘要
标准节流装置在工业生产中使用广泛,但由于被测流量经常偏离设计值,使得标准节流装置的使用误差一直比较大。本文从定性和定量两个方面分析,找出标准节流装置误差产生的规律,用以指导标准节流装置的设计、选型和使用,从而提高标准节流装置的使用精度。
The standard flow-measuring element (SFME) is widely used in industrial process, but the big errors always exist in producing process because the flow measured often drifts off the designed flow. This essay analyses the situation mentioned above through qualitative & quantitative analysis and tries to find the error rule of SFME to guide the design type choosing and using of SFME so that SFME's precision can be improved obviously.
