围绕着"核心期刊"在学术界引起的争鸣和探索,阐述了"核心期刊"的来源、涵义和测评方法及其评价效用,提出了对"核心期刊"应有的客观认识及评价意义。
Centering on the contending and exploring in the sphere of learning caused by 'the core periodical',the paper expounds the origin,meaning of 'the core periodical' and the evaluating method and its effects,and puts forward the due objective recognition of 'the core periodical' and the significance of evaluation.
