摘要
在新的历史条件下,高等教育国际交流与合作已成为高等教育事业中具有巨大潜能的领域。本文从现实的角度出发,对当前高等教育国际交流与合作发展的战略取向以及面临的问题与矛盾进行讨论,并根据现实发展的需要,提出高等教育国际交流与合作的努力方向。
In the current new historical stage, international exchange and cooperation in higher education has become an area of ever greater potential. And international exchange and cooperation in higher education assumes a subject for which further research is necessary. From a realistic perspective, this paper presents the authors' reflections on the strategic orientation, potential problems and confrontations in international exchange and cooperation in the area of higher education. In light with the demand of the current development in international exchange and cooperation in higher education, focal future concerns are also probed.
